Connecting with Colors® (CWC) is a non-judgmental personality type assessment that helps individuals identify and communicate behavioral differences. The assessment replaces sarcastic and demoralizing labels into descriptions that are empowering and transformative. Certain descriptions do not inspire people to rise up and be the best they can be. CWC is a simple system that defines predominant styles and enables individuals to see how their Secondary Color influences their Predominant or Primary Color. Understanding and accepting color personality styles enable your employees to comprehend and accept the idiosyncrasies of others. This life-changing, positively transformative information allows your employees to have compassion on themselves and those with whom they struggle. The CWC assessment classifies the following four dimensions of human behavior:
